It extends the personalization features of My Workspace to a multi-user context, allowing teams to collectively manage, develop, and customize content. Workrooms are ideal for coordinated efforts where multiple contributors need shared access to content creation and editing processes.
Shared Collaboration and Control #
Unlike My Workspace, which is intended for individual use, a Workroom enables simultaneous collaboration among multiple users. Each Workroom provides a governed yet flexible environment where team members can jointly manage content, ensuring consistency while supporting role-specific adaptations.
Teams can collaboratively build derivative materials without compromising the integrity of the centrally maintained templates and content. Workrooms strike a balance between governance and autonomy, empowering teams to act locally while adhering to centralized content standards.
