Why Can’t I Save a Workflow Step #
If a user is unable to save a Workflow step (i.e., the “Save” button is displayed, but disabled) the user may have inadvertently forgotten to enter a mandatory field or condition. The following fields are mandatory:
- Display Name
- Type
- Approver Type
- Approvers
- Button Combination
- Approval Conditions
