Smart Page is Missing from the Smart Doc #
If a Smart Page is not appearing in a Smart Doc as expected:
- Check Smart Page Inclusion: Confirm that the Smart Page has been explicitly added to the Smart Doc.
- Validate Document Selection: Verify that you are using the correct Smart Doc. It’s common for documents to have similar names.
- Check Account/Product Alignment: Ensure that you are using the Smart Doc for the correct client account or product. Content Classification or Limitation settings may restrict the pages that appear.
- Confirm Publication Status: Ensure that the Smart Page is published. Unpublished pages will not be included in generated Smart Docs.
- Smart Doc Publication: If you’re generating the Smart Doc outside the Editor interface, confirm that the Smart Doc has been saved and published.
Incorrect Smart Page Included in the Smart Doc #
If an unexpected or incorrect Smart Page appears:
- Validate Document Selection: Double-check that the intended Smart Doc is being used.
- Check Account/Product Configuration: Incorrect content may appear if the Smart Doc is not aligned with the correct account/product due to Classification or Limitation settings.
- Review Publication Status: The latest updates to the Smart Doc must be published to be reflected in the output.

Unable to Edit a Smart Doc #
