To better reflect their purpose and enhance user understanding, Assette will soon rename Buckets to Labels.
In Assette, Content Classifications play a vital role in organizing and managing content used in client reports, presentations, or other communications. Within Content Classifications, Buckets serve as a tool for categorizing and labeling content, allowing for more precise control over how content is grouped, filtered, and presented. Buckets help users streamline content management, ensure consistency, and enhance the efficiency of content retrieval and usage. Users should careful not to confuse Buckets with Limitations, the distinction being that Buckets are a method of grouping, labeling, and searching for content while Limitations restrict how content is used. See Creating & Managing Buckets to learn how to control the primary and sub-buckets
What Are Buckets? #
Buckets can be thought of as a label that allow users to assign one or more categories to all levels of Assette’s Content Stack such as Data Blocks, Smart Pages, and Smart Docs. By placing content into Buckets, users can:
- Organize Content: Group related content together for easier management.
- Filter Content: Quickly find and select content based on assigned Buckets.
