In order to log in, users will need to first know the Client Code associated with the tenant that they are logging into. The Client Code is an alpha-numeric code which is used to differentiate the various tenants available to users and is shared by the entire organization. For example, some users may have access to a “User Acceptance Testing” tenant as well as the “Production” tenant of the Assette platform— these two tenants would each have a unique Client Code, but the entire organization would use the same two Client Codes for all users. To log in, please visit app.assette.com.
If you do not know your Client Code, please contact your organization’s System Administrator, and they will be able to provide you with the Client Code.

After entering the Client Code, users will be prompted to enter their username and password. If Single Sign-on (SSO) has been enabled, users will automatically be redirected. If the user has forgotten their username and/or password, the user must reach out to their organization’s System Administrator— the Assette client service team cannot reset a username, nor can they reset a user’s password.
