Fixed Content in Assette is used to store finalized, static files that are shared across the platform for consistent and approved use in client materials. These files are not editable once uploaded, ensuring that users always reference approved, locked versions of key documents. Typical examples of fixed content include finalized spreadsheets, disclosures, reports such as GIPS or ADV, and other compliance-approved materials.

This content is accessed through the Authoring Center under the Fixed Content section. Users will find files listed by content name, content type, and upload ID. Each file entry displays relevant information including who uploaded it, the upload timestamp, and the “As Of” date representing the effective date of the file’s content. A visual status indicator confirms successful upload, and icons under the “Target” column show where the file can be used, such as the Client Portal or the Assette Library.
