In the Tenant Manager, users will be shown all tenants available within the current environment to which the user has sufficient access (e.g., “DEMO” and “SDMO”).

Troubleshooting #
If a user opens the Tenant Manager and clicks on the “Create Deployment” button, but has no tenants available to select in the “Source” and “Target” fields, as shown below, the root cause is either:
- The current user does not have access to the target environment
- The current organization only has one tenant
To resolve this issue:
- Verify that the organization has more than one tenant.
- Note that Tenants (sometimes also called “Instances”) are not the same thing as environment. Environments are identified by the URL (e.g., app.qa.assette.com vs. app.assette.com) whereas tenants are identified the client code (e.g., “DEMO” vs. “SDMO”).
- If a new tenant has recently been added to an organization, the user may need to log out and log back in to see the updated tenant codes.
- Verify that the user has an account in both tenants and that the user has the role “Tenant Manager Admin” in both tenants.
