Once your first content type is live, you’ll be ready to expand. Scaling implementation with Assette is about reusing what you’ve already built—your data foundation, templates, and workflows—and extending them to new strategies and implementing additional Assette modules.
To scale across strategies, you might replicate the Author role and reuse your existing Data Blocks and Shells. For new asset classes, you may bring in a Data Engineer to create new inputs while reusing much of the logic already in place.
New modules—such as Commentary, Client Portals, or RFPs—can be added in parallel as long as your core data layer is stable. Each module builds on the same architecture, making expansion more efficient with each step.
As you grow, promote your original core team into a center of excellence. They can train new contributors, support other departments, and manage governance across content types.
