“Freezing” vs. “Locking” Data Blocks #
Freezing a Data Block allows Data Block Admins to prevent users from making edits to the selected Data Block until the Data Block is un-frozen. The “Lock” functionality, on the other hand is an automatic function of Assette which automatically locks the Data Block when
Freezing Data Blocks #
To freeze a Data Block, click on the advanced actions button to the right of the Data Block and select “Freeze” from the dropdown menu. To un-freeze a Data Block, click on the advanced actions button to the right of the Data Block and select “Un-freeze” from the dropdown menu.
