Rather than start with a blank slate or over-engineered roadmap, we begin with what already exists—an actual deliverable you want to produce. That could be a pitchbook, a client report, or a client portal page.
First, you analyze that output. What’s displayed? What data drives it? Where do the narratives and disclosures come from? What’s dynamic vs. static? What are the brand elements? This becomes your implementation blueprint for that content type.
Then, you build forward. You connect data sources, configure Data Blocks, shape datasets into Data Objects, and construct the templates that turn that data into usable content. You’ll iterate quickly and launch fast—usually within 3–4 months for your first strategy in a particular content type.
Once live, you’ll scale your system outward using the same foundation.
