The Assette RFP Module allows users to efficiently manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) through a structured upload and review process. This guide outlines the steps required to upload an RFP document within the Assette platform. Please note that access to the RFP functionality requires a purchased RFP Module.

Prerequisites #
Before uploading an RFP, ensure the following:
- Your organization has purchased and enabled the RFP Module.
- You have access to the Content Hub and the RFP & DDQs section within the Assette platform.
Steps to Upload an RFP #
- Access the RFP Upload Area
Navigate to the Content Hub from the Assette main menu. Then click on RFP & DDQs to access the section dedicated to RFP and Due Diligence Questionnaires. - Initiate a New Upload
In the RFP & DDQs area, click on the “Upload New” button to begin the process of uploading a new RFP document. - Upload the RFP File
You can either:- Drag and drop the RFP file into the designated upload area on the screen, or
- Click the upload icon at the center of the upload panel to select the file manually from your device.
- Review and Manage Uploaded Document
Once the file is uploaded:- A preview of the document will appear.
- If you wish to replace or remove the document, click the trashcan icon next to the file name to delete it and upload another.
- Proceed to RFP Details
After confirming your document, click Next in the bottom right corner of the screen to proceed to the details section. - Enter Required RFP Metadata
On the next screen, provide the following details:- Strategy: Select the appropriate strategy associated with the RFP.
- Product: Choose the relevant product. Note that the strategy must be selected first to populate the list of products.
- As of Date: Specify the date the RFP is effective.
- Organization: Indicate the organization that issued the RFP.
- Due Date: Enter the RFP submission deadline.

Enter the page numbers or ranges that contain questions. For example:1-3, 5, 7-9

This allows Assette to process only the relevant pages, increasing accuracy and efficiency. If this field is left blank, all pages will be processed.- Acceptable input: individual pages or page ranges (e.g.,
