The RFP Module automatically retrieves and integrates qualitative and performance data from various sources, ensuring that responses are accurate and up to date. Whether your firm uses Assette’s Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) or a legacy model, the RFP Module will pull the latest published information, including:

Retrieving Performance Data #
The performance data retrieval system within the RFP Module is designed to automatically source relevant information from pitchbooks, factsheets, and sales materials. The system is further enhanced by AI-driven identification of the most appropriate data objects, meaning you don’t have to manually search for performance metrics.
Processing RFP Documents #
The RFP Module ensures that all responses are seamlessly formatted within the RFP document. Currently, Word documents are supported for processing, with future enhancements planned for Excel and additional formats.
How to Format Responses: #
- Upload the RFP document to the module.
- The system will automatically insert responses into the appropriate sections, recognizing structured elements such as:
- Tables
- Checkboxes
- Sub-questions
- Review and edit responses as needed before submission.
Additionally, the RFP Module supports document processing with structured formatting to ensure that responses are seamlessly integrated into RFP documents. Currently, Word documents are supported for upload and processing, with plans to expand compatibility to Excel and other formats in the future. From an AI and data privacy perspective, each client operates within a siloed database and AI search resource, ensuring that proprietary information remains protected. While the AI model itself is shared across clients, data privacy is maintained, and potential client-specific AI deployments may be explored in future iterations.
