Implementation is designed to be hands-on and collaborative. The ACE training program provides structure and momentum for core setup and learning, while the Assette team remains engaged to support actual project execution.
Step 1: Setup & Orientation #
Before formal training begins, Assette works with the client’s IT team to configure secure access (SSO, VPN to data sources if applicable) and fully provision the client tenant. Once access is confirmed, a Assette Client Consultant will coordinate training logistics and confirm schedule.
Step 2: ACE Training (We Show / You Do) #
Over the course of ACE training, we follow a “We Show, You Do” model. Each session introduces a new set of tools, configuration areas, or content-building workflows. In most cases:
- We Show: Assette trainers demonstrate the functionality or explain a concept using real examples
- You Do: Clients are guided through the process of applying that concept to their own data and content
The training sessions are designed to be cumulative and highly applied. By the end of training, clients will have:
- A working instance with live data and sample content
- At least one content type fully built (e.g., a factsheet or dashboard page)
- Experience entering disclosures and qualitative information
- Familiarity with authoring tools, admin roles, and content delivery paths
Refer to the ACE Training Syllabus for a full session-by-session view of this process.
Step 3: Implementation Support (Post-Training) #
After ACE training concludes, Assette continues working with your team to:
- Expand on the content types built during training
- Develop additional data components, authoring templates, and delivery rules
- Provide support on special content use cases
This period is designed to reinforce what your team has learned—you continue building, with Assette available for support and troubleshooting.
Note: Post implementation, Assette Client Service supports you. This support is included in your annual management fee.
