# Data Source Tab

The Data Object Editor's Data Source tab allows users to manage and configure a Data Object's data source.

## Retrieve Data From Field

The "Retrieve Data From" field allows developers to specify the Data Source. By default, the only available source is "Data Blocks". Clients utilizing a legacy version may see additional sources.

## Data Block Name

The "Data Block Name" displays the name of the selected Data Block along with the Data Block's description, if any. See "Adding Data Blocks" below for more information.
