# Assette Support & Roles

We succeed only if you succeed. Whether you’re working with one of our implementation partners, leading the rollout in-house, or taking a hybrid approach, Assette is committed to your success. Our contractual obligations are to you—our client. That means we remain hands-on and accountable throughout your implementation and beyond.

## **Here’s how our team supports your journey:**

| **Assette Role** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Client Consultant** | Your primary liaison. Leads the setup process, coordinates training, provides oversight during implementation, and facilitates the relationship. |
| **Assette SMEs** | Provide hands-on training and support in building Data Blocks, answering complex technical questions, and helping with Data Object creation. Also, trains and supports Authors to create template and approval workflows. |
| **Client Service Team** | Engages as implementation nears completion. After go-live, this team becomes your primary point of contact—managing support tickets, answering questions, and coordinating enhancements. |
